Our Commitment to Quality

AMOREphosis warrants all unworn items from manufacturing defects up to 14 days after purchase.  We will repair or replace items at our discretion.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can request an exchange or return by contacting Customer Service. We will provide you with further instructions by email.

Your request for an exchange or return must be made within 3 days of receipt. Once an exchange or return has been agreed upon, you will be given an Exchange/Return Authorization Number to include when returning your item(s). Please write this number on your invoice, which must also be included in your returned package.

Items must be returned within 7 days from obtaining your Authorization Number. Once we receive your returned item(s), invoice, and Return/Exchange Authorization Number, your refund will be processed or replacement will be shipped to you. Returned items without an Exchange/Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
